Let’s Go Plus

The image on the left shows a populated chart with a row selected. The selected row is highlighted with a light blue color.

Click on the image to see an enlarged view.

Below is a description of the Add, Sort, Reset, and Delete buttons used in the chart.

Add – Enters the current score into the chart.

Sort – Select a name in the chart and press the Sort button to see all the scores for that name.

Reset – Displays all data in the chart.

Delete – Deletes an entry from the chart. Press the row you wish to delete and select the delete button.

To use the Let’s Go Database, the first step is to add the score. When you reach the end of each activity, you can either return to the Activity Menu without saving the score, or you can enter the score into the chart by pressing the Add button.

Chart information can be sorted by pressing the name on the top of the column (Name, Date, Activity, or Score). A small triangle will appear at the top of the column being sorted. Pressing the name a second time will sort it in the opposite manner (for instance pressing it once will sort it alphabetically beginning with A, pressing it again will sort it alphabetically backwards from Z).

To select a row of data, press the row desired and it will appear highlighted in light blue.

The image on the left is an example of a name that has been selected and then the Sort button has been selected. The information is sorted by score. Notice the small triangle in the Score  column is active. Press the Score title column again to show the data in the reverse order.

Each column name can be pressed in the same manner to show data either in ascending or descending order.

In this example all the data in the chart is sorted by pressing the Name title and the data is sorted alphabetically by name.

Also notice that the name Johnathan is highlighted in light blue and the information for this entry is displayed in the text boxes. From here you can delete the entry by pressing the Delete button, or you can see all the entries in the database with the first name Johnathan by pressing the Sort button.
